Rouse Phillips was founded in 2012 by Tim Rouse and Anastasia Phillips. Based in Sydney, Rouse and Phillips work together very naturally, sharing a similar aesthetic that is both inventive and classical. They find inspiration in nature, culture, history, books and distant lands. All designs produced are completely hand generated in house using different types of media including ink, paint and cut paper to produce designs influenced by shadows, light, the brilliance of colour and the process of ageing.
